On today’s episode I spoke with Erwan Le Corre about his book The Practice of Natural Movement. Erwan is the founder of the MovNat system, which he derived from his extensive knowledge of physical education and his life-long passion for health and fitness. I had a great time talking with Erwan. We discussed the philosophy behind his work, some of the primary principles found in his book, and how he came to develop his own approaches to teaching technique, strength and conditioning, and mindfulness.
